You should definitely change your address and as my fellow writer told You before BC might be doing ceremonies faster than Ontario. Let us know any update because I might be on the same boat in September. So far no test no interview and no ceremony process yet September 2019 here.

By law You are entitled to be out of Canada for 2 years without any penalty.

Did you apply for citizenship already? If so nope You don't need a PR card unless You want to travel. PR card is not the same as PR status.
