Congrats Toby on your ECAS update. So, I checked my ECAS just now, it says 'in process' when clicked on the link it says we started processing your application on April 25th 2014. Haven't received MR yet. Hope this is normal to have ECAS updated to 'in process' before the actual MR email...

My application was received on 2nd Oct'13. Noc Code: 1122 Applied from India Applied for a single person with no Dependants. IELTS was sent along with the application. ECAS : App Received 11th March '14 T4 for 2013 was sent voluntarily Not sure what factored in delay, for now no news appears...

I sent mine by Indian Postal Services by speed post from Mumbai, in a clothed envelope. Tracking info was available on both Indian as well as Canada post websites. Hope that helps. Cheers, Raagaa

Hi Raks123, In my opinion, you should contact nearest passport office and get a PCC from them. The reason being, they have a standard format in English which is highly detail oriented and has a digital photograph of candidate with all required seals and signatures. If you are currently in India...
