I did manage to contact Clinical Diagnostic Center in Mumbai. I did receive following set of instructions from them, hope these help future Candudates :CANADA VISA
ORIENTATION APPLICANTS -
Each applicant should bring “IME NUMBER” - Client Identification and summary form with photograph endorsed by the High Commission.
Please bring original valid passport, if you don’t have original passport then bring a Xerox copy of passport , aadhar card, and pan card. 8 passport size photographs with white background.
There is no need for fasting before coming for medicals.
Ladies should preferably not be menstruating when they come for medicals as we may then need a urine sample later.
Pregnant women should please check with their obstetrician as to whether they might take an x-ray chest at the time of visa medical and bring a letter from their doctor regarding the same.
Please bring spectacles for vision testing or if you wear contact lenses then with the solution, as we will be testing with and without the lenses.
The medical fees are as per rules of the High Commission.
The total fees are Rs 3,500/- but certain extra tests may be required after examination which will be paid extra.
Please keep approximately two to three hours for testing.
Medicals are done from Monday to Saturday by appointment.
If the medical reports are to be sent outside India–Courier charges will be charged.
If you have undergone any operation or hospitalisation please bring the old medical reports.
If there is no further testing to be done, reports will be ready within 3 to 5 working days of handing over all samples/papers/further testing reports etc., and will be dispatched accordingly.
