I have both statuses as "In process" since the day I got AOR. Was your status :application received" before you got SA?

On my ECAS both sponsor and primary applicant status is "In process". Does that mean a VO is already working on the application. I haven't got any SA yet only biometrics request after initial AOR.

I received biometrics request on 30 Dec. Given on 13 January but nothing after that.

Open it in incognito tab in chrome. It may show you the same thing in incognito tab as well but the important part is to close the incognito window and open new one again. For me first time it shows English French and second time it works. But it only works in incognito mode. Never in normal mode

I believe if you link application on GC key after biometrics and medical. It will not show any message as they send directly to the email (if provided, else normal mail). I linked my application as soon as I got AOR so I got biometrics request in GC key (and I got email that there is an update...

I have received Biometrics request on 30 Dec but haven't received sponsor approval yet. So it varies from case to case.

Update given biometrics today. We haven't received medical request yet (normally people have got it within days after biometrics request). Hopefully this will trigger some kind of update and they will send us medical request. Complete timeline in signature. Thanks

If you link your application in GC key account, it will show the 12 month time from application received (and not the AOR date). However, personally I think it doesn't mean anything because of COVID they might not honor the 12 month timeline.

Maybe it's worthwhile to consult a tax lawyer about it. If you can change your tax return for 2018 and include your USA income. It's not a fraud to report your correct income. But as you said you had reported that in 2018 but still your tax return shows $40k so that might not be possible (unless...

Yes that's the correct link. From Ireland but I have got AOR and biometrics request. I have been using my UCI number for tracking it on ECAS.
