Well it was mentioned that you need to attach an explanation that you are not able to provide a certain document because of the pandemic. It's not valid of you forgot to include a document. Now I don't know the situation, in case they forgot to include a document it's their mistake

On ECAS you have to use UCI of the sponsor (and sponsor details) and File number with the PA details. There is a field on GC key while linking which asks for family members, make sure you input two (if no kids), I was doing one so I was not able to link.

Update: I am able to link the application in GC-KEY.

Yes it has UCI and application number. I was not able to link it on Gckey yet. However, I'm able to see the status (in process) on ECAS.

Received AOR today App received 30 June AOR: 11 Dec

My SO has applied from Ireland (ROI) delivered on 30 June. Haven't heard anything but I have got a temporary file number by calling IRCC helpline number. I guess it's better than nothing. Unfortunately, I think the only option we have is to wait.

It seems like they are randomly picking applications. Sure we have seen AOR from Aug but many are waiting in March/May/April etc. I haven't heard anything (mine was reached on June 30). So given their track record so far I don't have high expectations from them.

I called IRCC today and got the temporary application number. File received on 2nd July according to Canada post.

my mail was received on 3rd Nov. My application was approved in CIC on Tuesday(14 Nov) and i received COPR on Thursday in Dublin.

Similar story here. I didn't apply for Ontario as I was waiting for next draw and they are not accepting any applications (though there were other reasons too like I would have to stay in Ontario for some time I guess )
