I believe if you link application on GC key after biometrics and medical. It will not show any message as they send directly to the email (if provided, else normal mail). I linked my application as soon as I got AOR so I got biometrics request in GC key (and I got email that there is an update in your account)

No I have not got any further. No updates after biometrics request

All in roughly a day my sponsor sent to dm. No idea if passed though, no email. And then my wife bil and medical.

After bio and medical gckey will show bio and medical done. After that the wait and very little will change until pre arrival, DM and ppr. There may or may not be aor2.

Time-frame is anyone's guess. Get that new passport while waiting.
