one more nomination(my roommate's co-worker) based on expiring WP soon. both applied in feb. 2014. he is still waiting( WP expiring next year). his co-worker's WP expiring june 12, 2015 got nomination yesterday..keep us posted whoever receive nomination.

Not tht its impossible but this is 1st time i heard something like AINP asked for additional docs and have not made their decision in almost 2 months.why would they even bother to ask for additional docs if they are not ready to process application. i guess what phil89 said makes sense...

Well are their WPs expiring soon?? If yes then they probably will hear from AINP soon if not then it doesnt matter ppl from all other industries are waiting too not just food service..

and sadly we dont know when and now how wait will end..

really sorry to hear your story. after such a long wait this wht it comes down to. how is tht fair tht you were looking for 1 chance and they declined you and ppl who has got ITAs and almost done with PR process and they are getting nominations which they use just to get WP renewed for couple...

see tht is why everything is so confusing these days. i knw up until last year lots of ppl didnt get nomination and their WP expired. but starting this year i dont think any one here posted tht their WP expired this year(it doesnt mean anything there may be ppl who didnt get tht we dont know...

and is everyone whose WP is expiring getting nominations or not?? yesterday some guy posted his friend nov 2013 applicant hasnt got anything yet in spite of expiring WP soon( i dont know when exactly). lets hope AINP will help all applicants with expiring WP.

i knw couple of weeks ago guy name momodo got nomination under same NOC and i think he applied in feb 2014 and his WP was expiring in may.. wonder why ur friend got hasnt got his nomination yet..when exactly his WP is expiring ..may be nomination is on its way..
