I thought when we get AOR for paper application under PNP, it means we have complete application and CIC just do medical and security check before they issue COPR. so i think as long as you have AOR for PNP(paper application), it means "passed" stage for it. i could be totally wrong but seniors...

Not long ago i think until last month they were working on people whose WP was expring in august and now all sudden we are seeing they are working on people who has wp expiring next year jan to march. WOW tht is big jump, wonder if there is no one who has WP expiring in between august 2015 to...

yep it makes lot more sense since they already have tons of files so stops accepting new applications. Here AINP is no hope..The way AINP operating right now this mess will continue and all new and old applicants will continue to suffer b/c of their bureaucracy.

i know someone posted same question on their facebook page last year and AINP said wage should at least be like lower median of occupation. that being said we have never heard someone got rejected only b/c of wage. so hope it will work out for you too. but right now your wage should be last...

If u r from visa exempt country then may be yes...take all require documents which require to get closed WP like imm 5802 and other documnets. But if u r not from visa exempt contry then dont try at border if u WP is already expired.try online for closed WP if u dont have AOR from cic with...

Dont u have positive LMIA since u said u have closed WP..then u r eligible for 600 points under EE.. In tht case stop wasting anymore time for AINP. Go for EE..

ya you are right but same submission date applies when u apply under same NOC right? because there were couple of ppl last year moved from one NOC to other and they assigned them different file number at later date.so i m worried if i change my NOC then all the painful wait will go in vein. and...

Funny thing is they still accepting applications like they need more.. well they didnt mention anything about limited number for each occupation in this update like they said in march but it is already happening. i just heard it from someone tht guy being asked for new WP who was under food...
