Hi Guys,

I guess AINP updates on the websites are not accurate at all.I applied under SRS Engineering stream on May 5th,2014,I didnt get a decision on my application yet.AINP posted that they are currently processing applications from May 14 and onwards for my category. thats weird.I guess there would be more cases out there.

Of course it's not accurate. Not surprised at all.

I thought they had more files than they can nominate ppl but now i think they are just playing games with us.
Not telling us truth they know all ppl under skilled category with LMIA are done with PR and yet they are still pretending tht those are still active applications along with lots and lots ppl who has expired WP now.
Now they are just not telling us truth. All the numbers they are come up with is all lies. I counted when they 1st put all the numbers it was like 9100 and yet they said they have more than 10000 files.
Truth is they are not nominating ppl in those NOCs they posted they have more files and not telling us they have no intention to do so while still accepting files under those NOCs so employers wont complain about lack of employees in election year.
Wait till elections are over and all those ppl with NOCs they said they have too many files are done.

And i dont think they receive so many files these days as they received in the past....whoever can will apply through EE. I dont think they are having so many files as they claim ........they would have definitely closed some of the programs...

Hello Guys,

I have completed Masters in engineering management from uni. of alberta. Looking for job(Oil and gas sector is slow - Bad time to graduate....haha). My initial plan was to file AINP using my professional job. Since job search is taking long time, Please suggest me the way to file PR based upon other job/ or in other province.

I am willing to relocate if any other province is offering PR faster for any job?..... or even in case of AINP, please give me suggestions.....Thank You...Sorry, if I'm posting in wrong thread

Hi Need Help,
I have received my nomination on 16 of June, I need to apply for my work permit.I have heard that my employer need to fill out 5802 form, Is it true?
On my ainp letter, in section of restriction on employment says "no". Please advice me how I need to apply for workpermit.
