Hi Need Help,
I have received my nomination on 16 of June, I need to apply for my work permit.I have heard that my employer need to fill out 5802 form, Is it true?
On my ainp letter, in section of restriction on employment says "no". Please advice me how I need to apply for workpermit.

yes, this is a job offer form.they have to e-mail this form to CIC and pay $230 fee on CIC website. they will give you copy of job offer and copy of payment receipt.when you apply wp online under pnp nominee there will be a document checklist and job offer form 5802 and fees receipt is required.

Hope ainp follow what bcpnp new program, check bcpnp website for their new updated program effective july 2

yep it makes lot more sense since they already have tons of files so stops accepting new applications.
Here AINP is no hope..The way AINP operating right now this mess will continue and all new and old applicants will continue to suffer b/c of their bureaucracy.

My WP expires next November after which i will be on my wife's work permit for 2 years after that do you think i will still have to apply for a closed WP if I get nomination after I am on spouse WP

They don't even tell us what they mean by labour market demand?? What the heck is it?? What occupations do they need?? Ok we already know that they need engineers... but who else?? I don't believe that there are so many engineers applied..max. 100 people. The manager of this program has some mental issues for sure.

application received on 14th,Oct,2014.

Hello all,

I have a question regarding AINP - I am eligible for two different streams of AINP:

(a) Employer-Driven Stream - International Graduate Category

(b) Employer-Driven Stream - Skilled Worker Category

Any suggestions which one I should file under - Based on the application inventory AINP have more applications for Skilled Worker Category. There might be other minor/major benefits or drawbacks which I might not be aware of as I am not that well aware. Please guide me.

Application sent April 16.
File number received April 27.
Under: SRS Engineering

I was calling AINP office to check if they put me in the right category and the woman on the phone said "sir you can talk as much as you want about it I cannot do a thing"....How long does it usually take for a SRS Eng application to get certificate?
