Yes param17 is right, my file received by CIC on dec 9, 2015. and got AOR on march 4.. Don't worry i m sure next week is your turn.....good luck....!!!!!

as far as i know you can not get BOWP at port of entry.. it has mentioned on their website... hope this helps...
