BOWP and Closed WP ( LMIA Exempt)

Hello guys...
I am province nominee and i have received AOR email from CIC last week. and with nomination i have also received work permit support letter (LMIA exempt) for which i can get closed work permit as long as my employer pay employer compliance fee.

so my question is can i apply for both work permit BOWP and closed WP( LMIA exempt) together??? and is AOR email is enough to apply for BOWP as long as i dont have employment restriction on my nomination??

sorry i forgot to mention that in my nomination in restriction on employment box it says NO restriction even though my employer name and my occupation NOC on it too...so does it make me qualify for BOWP?

So AOR email i received from CIC and No restriction on employment for nomination, should be good fine to qualify for BOWP, right??
One more thing can i apply for BOWP and closed WP at same time( i mean at same time)? just incase they reject BOWP for some reason , i have another WP application too...can i do that or not??

Yes you can apply for BOWP once you receive AOR from CIC for your PR application.

Once your employer pays the fee, it will generate receipt.
Documents required for getting work permit renewed at border:

Print the receipt, BC Nomination letter, job related documents (offer letter, job description, pay stubs/slips), your passport with valid visa to re-enter Canada, a logical explanation for why you renewing your work permit at border instead of applying online/paper application to CIC ,

Once you open the above link, you should select option _TEMPORARY RESIDENCE IN CANADA_ where it ask for what kind of your application fees you are paying. Next page it will give you option to choose Employer Compliance Fee i.e. $230.00 CAD

Whats if we have pgwp and applying for bowp we still need to pay employer compliance fees.

And if its not them what will be the bowp application fee $155 or $155 + $100 for open work permit fee includes
