AINP Withdrawal

I had got the AINP approval in August 2014 and I had applied for PR after that. But my work permit got expired in 2014 and I had to return to India. When I reapplied the WP then they have withdrawal the AINP approval on 12 May 2015 saying I am not working for that employer and sent the information to CIC also. However, my medical and finger prints were done in January 2015 already for PR and 2 days ago i.e. on 11th May 2015, I have got the landing fees email asking to submit the police clearance certificate.

My query is - Will withdrawal of AINP affects my PR application now as my medical & finger prints are done already? Thanks in advance for your answers.

its really hard to say buy would suggesy
carry on process, meanwhile send request
letter to ainp that i want to work but due to
visa expired i cant. u should ask to employer
that put your case to ainp and explain them
all as well as give them assurance that we will
rehired when he back to canada.if necessary
make affidavit . its my opinion but get more
advice from whereevr possible.good luck

My co-worker's AINP NOMINATION was also withdrawn by AINP because she transferred to another location but same employer. His application package was returned...he applied for the skilled worker-employer driven stream. The mere fact that its only the location of work has changed.

she transferred to another location is in Alberta or other province ？

My friend ainp also withdrawal because he leave his job but he dint inform cic about that and last month he got his permanentvresidency so stay calm and dont inform anything to cic and let them process

so you mean if AINP withdraw your certificate, AINP just let you know that and they don't inform CIC ?

I dont no if they inform cic or not but my friend received a letter from ainp that his noimination is withraw but he dint inform cic about that and after 4 or 5 months he got ppr and everything so its better to not inform eneything to cic and let them process file according

He was still waiting for AOR...but unfortunately the whole package was returned...

For my co-worker's case, AINP informed Cic because they are the one who sent back the application, re; nomination no longer valid.

did he let AINP know about change of location or AINP made follow up call and find out tht he is not working there?
wonder why AINP withdrew his nomination instead of reconsider his nomination with new location with i think is a same job.
in past AINP reconsidered their application and supported nomination even after changing a job to different employer as long as you met criteria with new job.

He did not inform AINP thinking change of location/address would not matter because its the same employer, maybe thats the reason.

then how did AINP know about his location change? did they make follow up call after nomination?
