    You will see it right there under Application/profile details. If you provided an email address, you will get an email whenever an update is available. Once that happens, login to your CIC profile and the status would've been updated.

    Yes, I sent only the main page without being notarized since it was in English. Same for all other photocopies of various documents in English. They're all accepted.

    The barcodes contain primary data on the forms. I wouldn't risk it and ensure it's consistent throughout the application. These are grey areas and you never know what the officer is thinking so it might cause unnecessary delays in application processing.

    Bit strange since the pre-arrival services letter is one of the final steps and sent out after IME, PCC and background check is cleared. Not sure why you got it 5 days after IME/PCC request.

    Depends on what's incomplete and also on the officer. Try to ensure the package is complete to avoid unnecessary hassle and processing delays.

    If married, both need to appear for medical (accompanying or not). If one fails IME, the entire application will be rejected. If they're legally separated/divorced then you can exclude one.
