Hey Munaf, I would say get CSIS or CBSA notes cos we've seen where extension of medicals meant SS had ended for some and for a few others didn't mean anything cos their PPR still took longer. I think your CSIS notes may tell you more.. sorry about this painful delay, I wish you good luck.

If I was on this situation, I would marry now that my application is underway and add my spouse to my application if 1. I can raise the required POF 2. my spouse doesn't have any criminal or medical issues that can prevent both of us from getting PPRs. Our CRS score doesn't change. .... However...

you can raise a web form and explain the omission. it's probably in your best interest to act proactively There are ways to call CIC from outside Canada, search this forum for that info.

Congrats. I sent my expiring passport for the visa and renewed my passport after I had received my COPR then I travelled to Canada with both passports.

3 years or more is what counts. you get the same CRS points for 3 years or 30 years.

no. the ball is in CIC 's court. just hang in there.

unfortunately you can't confirm the address online but you can double check at the point of submission or via calling CIC like you suggested.

They can't if Dubai doesn't flag the case. (but it doesn't mean that the fact that the PCC is clear that there's no alert/flag, that's why the applicant has to make an informed decision to mention or not to mention it)

It's most likely a glitch in the CIC profile, ignore it since CIC has confirmed receipt of your docs.
