The notes will be too old and not useful by the time they arrive. order a new set. I've seen cases where old notes where delayed but new notes arrive. we can't tell if it's security screening or review required just yet without the notes. Just try to hang in there, your PPR may come as a surprise.

They can request it anytime. or they may not request it at all

if it says addresses where you've lived then it's just residence addresses. However if it says travel history, then you have to mention everywhere you've been in the past 10 years..

• can use excel to complete the lists. •list the residences. name of family member, country of residence. year/start- end • just mention the family members name & ghe person's height & eye colour. attach all as a single document unless different place holders are provided.

try to get the letter. it might be easier than you're currently thinking.. you've invested time and money. withdrawing your application should be the last option.

medical expiration is out of your control. CIC will let you know if they need you to redo it cos they have the option of extending it for you without any remedicaks on your part.

have you sent emails to the visa office where your application is? what's the nature of your request?
