UPS Screwed delivery before June 11th.

As a citizen of this country, you are free in all modalities embodied by the Charter and Constitution. As a PR, you are just allowed to reside here permanently, as a muted entity, with some strict restrictions. That's in one sentence, but I truly could write an essay on the differences.

Is this true - You can apply for citizenship with less than 1095 days physical

You can apply with one day of residence if you so choose, but that wouldn't be a wise choice, would it?

A whole ocean of difference between the two.

    After 5 Years...Rejected!!!!!

Reapply as soon as possible. Forget about the judicial review--it was your mistake and the burden is on you. This process is unfair to those who were eligible to apply on the 13th of June, and who were burnt by a day! this process is not unfair to those who missed not one or two, but 60 days...

    October 2014 Citizenship Applications

My coworker's eCas reportedly changed to Decision Made from In Process, but no new line showing the oath date. I'll be attending his ceremony tomorrow at Expo Blvd. Will keep you posted on any weird updates.

    Vancouver Applicants

Yes. Both March test takers. Both got oath by email, but my coworker's PDF attachment had no issues as did my partner's. Seems like CIC is using email when pressed for time...

My coworker got his oath via email for the Expo Blvd ceremony on June 23, 10:00 AM. According to the website (http://www.cic.gc.ca/citcer/search-recherche-eng.aspx), there doesn't appear to be one then, but then I guess they don't keep it up to date?

    Decision Made after Test?

Never mind -- she just received another mail with the corrected attachment. Arghh CIC!! What are you doing! The new email had the line: "Please disregard previous email due to error in Event Start Time" lool! Check your emails folks -- spam/junk/deleted/inbox/ whatever... over the next few days

Check your email (inbox, junk folder, etc.). My partner just received her weird oath invitation by email. I say "weird" because this is what she noticed on the email attachment...

    Decision Made after Test?

My partner just received an email with an oath invitation letter attached as PDF. Great news. However, when you open the PDF, the time of the ceremony is displayed as 0.416666666666667,which from EXcel translation means 10:00 am. Any thoughts on this??

    Decision Made after Test?

They had a system update starting June 2nd. This could have cause the temporary system state change. I wonder if it change to "Decision Made" for everyone here, or just for those for whom the decision has been actually made.

    October 2014 Citizenship Applications

The time is not bizarre. There are about eight groups of people in the pool, each divided by a minute on the invite for classification or other purposes known only to CIC. So, there's the 8:00 group, 8:01, ..., 8:07. I had 8:04, for instance; my partner had 10:07.

    Decision Made after Test?

Seems the "Decision Made" status is happening a lot recently on citizenship applications. The status of my partner's application changed to "Decision Made" last Friday. My partner did the test three months ago. I hope this is good news...

    leagal name change mistake

Whatever name is your legal name (i.e. shown on your immigration document) should appear on your application, unless you changed it after becoming a PR (which you didn't as far as I can see). If a mistake was made on your citizenship application form (e.g. wrong letter in the name, AKA you go by...

    Question ?

Could you clarify your question? 1. What is the period CIC is asking supporting docs for? 2008-12? 2. Were you away part of the period CIC is asking supporting docs for? 3. What kind of supporting docs is CIC asking for?

    Education Records Question

You can order an official transcript as well as provide a photocopy of your degree. Both suffice to prove that you have attended school in the relevant 4-year period (2011-2015).
