Nah nothing like that. I have seen people on this forum suggest take pictures of jewelry and get jewelry assessment statement for GTF list also. Never did any of that and no one bothered to check anything. I mean may be once in a while someone may have had bad experience with a border agent who...

Visit Visa for Family Reunion for 11yr Old kid

I don't think a IMM 5476 is needed in the first place as she is a child.

    Re apply Visitor Visa

Has she actually visited US and returned? That could add to travel history. Also, I agree with post above writing a letter saying she is financially dependent won't help much. Include more documents from her college to show that she needs to be back to finish her graduation.

Is marriage certificate required for a divorced applicant in Express entry?

Yep and birth certificate is not a required document. Even high school certificate is not a required document if you are submitting ECA for bachelors degree.

Is marriage certificate required for a divorced applicant in Express entry?

No just divorce papers. You can't divorce someone if you didn't marry them so marriage certificate is irrelevant

Supervisa application - Does IRCC validate the parent's name with the name in sponsor's PR application?

You are giving far too much credit to IRCC. It is a trivial issue. Don't worry about it.

Subsidizing daycare is a great policy and probably doesn't get enough mention / credit on this thread. May be not enough people with kids in daycare. But where is this? In Mississauga fee before subsidy was around 1500 a month which is now down to nearly half around $730 per month. $250 per...

You already have a good plan in place. Whine for three years till you get Canada passport. And after that move to US which in your experience is better and you already have some friends there. Doing something doesn't mean you change everything here. That is not possible. if that were possible...

Yeah but the only thing is admitting and complaining about is much easier than actually doing something about it. But if one is not stuck at the first step as an infinite loop then yes there is a chance to make a difference.

Yeah and mostly if you are a tech worker or in medical profession Canadians also move to US for better pay. But I learned something few months back. People from US who are in teaching profession like school teachers immigrate to Canada. Apparently the teachers pay is much better in Canada than USA.

It is not even a Canada thing. Most people who just complain and never do anything to change the circumstances will never be happy anywhere. One could be in a paradise but if your basic nature is to constantly whine and complain they won't be happy there either. Some people think moving to a...

When are you applying do you give your location as Canada? Do you have virtual Canada number on CV? If your location and phone number is from USA, sometimes recruiters may not call back.

Visit visa refused twice for my in-laws

It does feel random to me as well. 60K CAD is quite a lot. Sometimes the reason for refusal may be quite generic. My speculation is if OP orders GCMS notes he will probably see a mention of Chinook somewhere. This seems like one of those cases where an application is rejected based on how it was...
