Starrk Its very normal, and they are aware of it, just upload an LOE with an email from the FBI stating they day they are currently processing with the delivery receipt. they will give you an extension, I personally got two extension untill i received my FBI PCC and uploaded it. Dont worry

hambousha If you missing your deadline, Just add in the LOE a letter stating that you need an extension for the deadline until you get the Saudi certificate and that they delay is because you are no longer a resident.
