Yup I have been waiting for over a year now.

This is my opinion only. If I can go back in time I would have applied for a pgwp and gone for a TRP if I get it refused. That being said, I highly recommend you talking to a lawyer they know the rules better than I do. Good luck!

I am in a similar situation I worked over the authorized hours and once I knew I stopped more than a year and six months passed since I did before I graduated. I went to a lawyer and she recommended applying for a TRP and that's what I did. All I want to tell you is that I have been waiting...

What's the point of doing that? either way, you will still get the decision for your initial application first.
