Hi lynnbb! I sent my application from outside Canada so I can't really help too much but I think Express post in Canada is pretty good. It should have next day delivery and you can track it. I would use that.

We paid everything at once. I've read that it saves some time later because you don't have to start paying it and sending receipts. I'm not sure how they deal with the money if the app is denied. Maybe someone smarter can help with that. I'm just trusting it can't be denied, so I don't worry...
