My friend had Full time job for one year with same employer then job converted to part time due to coronavirus. Now applying for express entry should I mention current employer in work experience and what should I mention in average hours as It was 40 during one year and changed to 20 during COVID.

you can’t change the title as you have already declared it. As long as you had NOC B duties mentioned in the employment letter, title won’t be an issue. Make sure to select NOC B when you apply for express entry.

You shouldn’t claim points for foreign experience for which you got refusal. You can’t mess up NOC’s and just apply with multi NOC. Don’t repeat your mistake by change your NOC. As long as your NOC falls under A,O,B. You should be fine.

It is strongly recommended to mention all kinds of work experience when you apply for student permit as you might need to take advantage in future. You can apply for PNP program and don’t consider your foreign experience in future to avoid refusal.

Can CIC ask why employer didn’t mention that employee work for 60 hours?

Hi, thanks in advance. one of my friend worked for 60 hours per week in Canada and his pay stubs shows that too. But his employer mentioned in job letter that, “he is full time employed with working minimum of 30-40 hours per week. is he okay as he worked average of 60 hours per week ?

Hi, I'm little confused here as I've 6 months experience in NOC B and 6 months in NOC A in Canada. Am I eligible for Canadian experience class ? My question is do we must have same NOC experience (O,A&B) for eligible for CEC or it can be any of them ?
