GPA doesn't really matter as I don't see specific rule for that but still above 2 is always have positive effect.

As per CIC rules you can't take unofficial break if you want to be eligible for PGWP. If you still take break or already have taken break then it will up to the CIC officer to give you a PGWP or not.

After applying for PGWP you are no longer on study permit. So if it expires doesn't effect anything, you can work full time.

Applied and accepted on 18 Sep, no update till now.

I am confused, I’m traveling to my back home for a month after finishing my study and will come back and apply PGWP as I don’t have received official transcripts yet. Can I re-enter in Canada after study with valid TRV and study permit?

CPC Ottawa would be better. You must use different envelopes.

You don't need that. I also didn't get it when I got visa. Just tell visa officer in Canada you didn't get it.
