I think that is common. I am not 100% but from everything I have read, they do different types of processing in different cities...so I would think if they have transferred to the Etobicoke Centre that is a good thing. I wish you good luck!! :-)

If it is taking you to a log in page..I think you need to create an account to apply online. I am almost certain that is what I did...
