Does anyone apply open work permit for spouse on Sept 2018?

I submitted my paper application on 17 Sept 2018 and there is still no response or email yet.

Can we share application status together?

Yep, the same to me. I am so frustrated because I don't know how my application will be processed.

I also try to link my submitted paper application to online account but there is no founded application from CIC Online Service.

Still waiting...

My common-law partner (He is a Canadian citizen.) applied for Sponsorship PR and I applied for my OWP in mid-August. We received an email sayin they received it around 28 days after we mailed it. Now, we are awaiting my OWP. I hear the wait time for OWP is between 3 and 4 months. Next week will be 3 months ...I am ANXIOUS to say the least. Good luck, everyone! Note: My partner received the receipt email, but I have received nothing.

To clarify: We mailed via courier our PR Sponsorship paperwork along with the OWP at the same time. I am a US Citizen. I also submitted another visitor extension to make sure I remained legal while here in Canada.I hope the best for everyone.

what application type does it call?
What is current processing time?

I applied for OWP in July and only receive an answer in October... unfortunately negative. Now I need to restore and I don't know what should I do.. try again OWP or as a visitor, considering that my partner just started a job at NOC B.

Hello All. I applied for SOWP for my wife on 15th Sept. I got a refusal.
The reason mentioned is my wife do not satisfy the condition mentioned in Section 205 - C(ii). Which doesnt make any sense because she is a Nurse and has a govt. job in India. I did give them all the papers regarding her job.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
