the change from Received to In process, is this in Ecase in the PA column ? I also read here otherwise that when it change from In process to received after it was sent to VO this means it is going further and this is can be AOR2 for those VOs that don't sent a letter. Can someone please explain

Sorry to hear that. It is very weird to hear that as in such early stage IRCC is only supposed to review the application for being complete but now they are doing the relationship review and even considering an interview. Without even issuing the AOR!! I really hope anyone can answer to this...

If IRCC can justify it then I won't mind it. If anyone receiving fast track treatment IRCC should declare proper justification for doing so. But now we are all clueless of what is happening and why some are prioritize over the others.
