yeah I did explain reasons that she did a MOC with me which was found later just days be4 her interview, and she was saying no baby you can't cancel me as ND takes 30 days to look at an email .. Some how I managed so it should rather give me a merit point then -ve

No one can answer that...we only have to wait. Phone agents and local MP won't help either. No one can tell exactly what order or logic IRCC are following at the moment. The only positive thing that in general there are movements in all files with different dates. Just continue the long wait for your turn. I used to think the same trying to find a logical why for such missed up order then I ended up realizing I have nothing to do but to wait -sadly.
