I thought the change from App. received to in process means that VO started processing. From your reply it means the VO finished processing. I hope this is true as mine is exactly at this stage now but I have just received medical yesterday.

It doesn't show I receive it via my GCKEY account and the medical request letter is so generic.

I think you should check with you Rep. he can tell you exactly what your profile is showing.

GCKEY gives more info about at what stage they are working like eligibility, Medical, background, interview and additional document if requested. Just more details. While Ecas will only show in process without showing different stages.

An Indian would answer to you better of course about this. While in general you should only send English or French documents. Any documents should be translated to English or French if the original is at any other language.

yes this is the AOR SA letter usually will tell you about the visa office

Sponsor Approval letter and this is usually when IRCC will indicate the Visa Office that the application will be forwarded to for further processing
