If they send out 3300 invitations, I think the score will drop by one or two points. Fingers crossed

I was 494, lost points on age and now at 489. I didn’t get ITA last time due to tie breaker :( IELTS expiring on 27 Feb.

CRS is higher compared to last PNP draw. I hope FSW draw tomorrow is at 488. I don’t want to give IELTS again :(

Yeah I was left out because of tie breaker (profile was made in May). Do you know if IELTS should be valid until AOR or the date of application submission? I understand it can take 48 hours to get AOR from application submission so need to be sure. Given how tight my timeline is going to be...

Depends on your how far you're willing to go to help them. You could just let go of the application fee! And shelving an application will take way less effort than processing it till the end.

I mean you could always withdraw your profile. That would slightly reduce the burden now or at least in the future ;-)

If you plan to swim to canada, you might as well start now. You'll get a PR by the time you reach there.

Except if someone is married and spouse gets atleast CLB 9 in IELTS. In this case the score is 484 (which is what I'm at) Because of this, a significant portion of applicants would also be at 484

I'll lose 5 points by the end of October! Me and my spouse maxed out everything possible - IELTS, degree, work ex to get a score of 484. Being thrown out of 480+ bucket will be a bummer! Thankfully my brother in law may get PR in few months (already applied last month) which will get me to 494

Those are the best odds we've had in months!
