Agreed, most likely CES has put the application on hold due to their direct verification with the university. Universities do not reply to them unless you ask them to and in some cases may even demand a fee. It is just a ridiculous money making business.

I've got WES (double bachelors) as well as CES (Masters) Once you get IQAS you will have to remove WES report details from EE profile. You cannot keep conflicting reports.

It worked for me with just the Masters (MBA) transcripts. It depends more on your college/kind of course than what you did for bachelors. But be mindful that if you get equivalency of Bachelors, then you will have to get your bachelors assessed as well to get double bachelor equivalency.
