Do you have the original document here in Canada?
If yes, do it in Canada to avoid the time taking process of sending it back and forth, otherwise the notary public of your original country should work fine too

What CIC is looking for is proving you are able to provide the minimum income for the current number of people in your family for the past three years. You need to show it for all the years
That was exactly what I meant. It is hard to rely on the ones completed in 6 months. I guess it is affected by so many factors even the officer who is reviewing the application and their judgment of the case.
Based on the spread sheet, on average it took 53 days between AOR and SA for 2018...
Yeah, but the time varies for different people. It could be as short as 6 months, or from what I see in the spread sheet for 2017, it could even take more than 600 days !
