There's an option to submit a solemn declaration since 6 weeks more than the average processing time has already passed for you ... or call them and ask what's going on. You'll need your UCI and application numbers handy. Hope you get it soon.

yup, been almost two months for me as well. I've emailed ircc twice and got the same standard response about delays. Last week i called them and managed to connect to an agent after waiting for 40 mins. You can check my response on that on this thread from 21st Jan when i had called them...

Managed to reach them after waiting on the line for almost 40 mins (doesn't matter, just glad I was able to talk to them). The agent - who by the way was really nice and helpful if she had the power to do more - said nothing has moved on my case since the eCoPR was emailed. Looks like it's not...

I tried calling IRCC today - the 888 number. The system said due to high call volume they cannot transfer me to someone to talk to. :( Is there a good time during the day I can call to get through to someone?

I'm a little confused .. Weren't we always were able to use the CoPR for all legal purposes except travel.

All your visas become invalid the day you become a PR. You'll just have to travel to your destination country and apply for a PRTD. The processing times for PRTD vary depending on the country you are going to ... check canada.ca for that. It's there somewhere. The third option is to enter Canada...

Can you share the link to the webform, can we do it at any time or is there a requirement of waiting for certain number of days?

Add to that, there are 1.8 million pending applications and IRCC has a target to reduce them to half by March. It's not clear whether this 1.8 million includes ECoPR to PR card cases as well.

Do you mind sharing the email ID and what you emailed them that finally did the trick? I've been waiting for the card for over a month now and really starting to get anxious as it is holding up my travel plans.

Lawd!! At this point im almost about to give up hope. There's no way one person gets their card in 15-20 days and another with the same date and similar case waits for months... makes no sense. My case is and was extremely simple, so no clue why it's taking so much time.

Hi guys, my eCoPR date was Dec 11 and I emailed the prairies ID requesting their help in expediting my card review and delivery, as I have to travel overseas soon and will have to re-enter within 10-15 days of being outside (so insufficient time to apply for and get a PRTD .. FML). Two days...
