Woopie! Just got the approval email today. Interestingly, they emailed me on the email ID I had used to apply for WP and visa stamping. Replied to them too. Hoping to get PR card ASAP, as I need to travel overseas and the PR Card is the safest and easiest way for me to re-enter. :)

What are your mep & bio passed dates? GU might not be the only indicator of progress on a case.

I can understand the pain of employer's reaction after knowing about PR process :D mine doesn't have a clue I even created an EE profile, let alone about ITA ;) by the way, BOWP can be done on our own and doesn't need employer, right? So you should be fine from this point onwards. All the best.

if i were you, i would go ahead and file a BOWP. There is no guaranteed timeframe for a case to move from mep/bio to copr.
