We become a permanent resident the day we receive eCoPR only. But if you don't respond with IRCC's deadlines for anything they ask for, it will impact your application, as per my understanding. Also, I think you need to call IRCC and make sure your application has your personal email address...

Key linking is just to help you keep track of daily progress, and doesn't impact your getting the card. If you want you can always email or call IRCC and find out the status.

My VO was Ottawa and so I think they were the ones who replied eventually. If your card has gone for printing on 2nd Feb, it should have come to your mailbox by now... if not then better call them and ask if it's mailed and which day it was mailed.

Finally got the update that my card was shipped yesterday!! Had received an update on 2nd Feb that my info was sent for printing - so it took 6 days between card production and mailing it. So ready for a #happydance (:

That's great! Hopefully I should be in the same status too since our dates are so close. Let us know when you get the card, I am assuming it wouldn't take more than 10 days for Canada post to reach your mailbox (but that's just a theory).

You should get an update very soon. From the way people have been getting card printed/mailed updates, it looks like IRCC is trying to catch up the backlogs of people who are waiting for 2 months or more in batches of several weeks at a time, and at the same time they're trying to ensure that...

Congratulations! And, OH MY GOODNESS! I'm feeling really bad for IRCC agents who are probably in a mad scramble trying to meet those targets of clearing backlogs at superhuman speed. Otherwise such mistakes for such sensitive matters are impossible.
