***KINGSTON, JAMAICA **New Application**(as of Dec 7, 2016)***

When they send a sponsorship approval letter/email to the sponsor, it will say the file has been forwarded to the visa office in Kingston for further processing. They look at the sponsor first to make sure they meet the requirements. Once they are, the file is moved to Kingston to process the...

    Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2021

I'm no expert, but I believe a 5-year ban will affect it. Did he make the same mistake on the PGP Sponsorship and not declare the refusals? If so, I imagine that would be an issue and you would have the same result.

Not a single word from ircc or VO

That's happens, but the OP said they passed the medical and had a ghost update in Feb.

Not a single word from ircc or VO

    1. They will not return an application after 12 months. That only happens before AOR if something is missing, incomplete, or you submitted it to the wrong processing centre. 2. They will not just deny an application out of the blue. You will receive communication from IRCC in the way of a...

Not a single word from ircc or VO

The estimated processing time is 12 months. It can be longer or shorter. It's just an estimate. All you can really do is send a webform or wait. It shouldn't be much longer.

    No SIN# expired PR card

I agree. These people who land and then leave Canada a few weeks later and don't return for years, need to have PR revoked. When I first became a PR in 1997 you lost your status if you spent 6 months or more out of Canada. In fact, it happened to me. I became a PR in 1997 and stayed here until...

I need urgent help. In tears about possibly lying on my application.

Nothing to worry about unless you are criminally charged.

    Spousal sponsorship

I would wait a couple more weeks. If you submitted your PP on Feb 13th, that's just shy of 3 weeks ago. 2-4 weeks processing is not unusual.

Lots of errors on citizenship application. Advice?

Did you meet the residency requirement? If you signed the application on the day you became eligible or If you are short even 1 day, your application will be rejected. I think you just added considerable time to your process by not taking the time to submit an accurate application.

I have concerns that the letter of acceptance which you have provided in support of your application is fraudulent.

I find it had to believe they didn't know fraudulent university acceptance letters were used!

    9 months wait for eCOPR

A COPR number showing on the tracker does not mean your file is finished processing. No one made you come to Canada before the processing was finished, so you really can't be upset.

What's the best way to show appreciation to an attorney who helped me?

It's not necessary. You paid for a service. Lawyers are known for charging the hell out of people.

What's the best way to show appreciation to an attorney who helped me?

I'm sure you paid a hefty fee using a lawyer? Isn't that thanks enough? I think the best thank-you is word of mouth.

I would get a lawyer because doing as you say bans future sponsorship. The mother is extremely selfish and not thinking of the child's future. The father is not attempting to take the child away from the mother. This will end up biting mum in the arse with resentment when the child grows up and...
