Hello everyone, i get into 1 year submitted family class application, just a medical passed and ghost update on 2nd February nothing else. Anyone knows what should I do? Thanks for the answer.

The estimated processing time is 12 months. It can be longer or shorter. It's just an estimate. All you can really do is send a webform or wait. It shouldn't be much longer.
I hope they will not refused or returned after 12+ months of waiting
1. They will not return an application after 12 months. That only happens before AOR if something is missing, incomplete, or you submitted it to the wrong processing centre.
2. They will not just deny an application out of the blue. You will receive communication from IRCC in the way of a letter or an interview request if they have concerns, and you will have an opportunity to respond to that concern. They have to follow a certain procedure.
But there's probability that the returned application was lost in mail.
That's happens, but the OP said they passed the medical and had a ghost update in Feb.
