you mean it's normal, or "select few" means that it'll now be processed as non-routine?

Is it normal/routine to get a request to submit fingerprints for a citizenship application? "there are questions in regard to sect.21/22"? does that mean the file will go through some extra processing? there is no criminal record AFAIK.

Thank you so much! it was primarily the status part that he was panicking about, it just seems so much like it's tied to the validity of the card that it's good to see a confirmation that it isn't.
