    Doubt regarding Canadian Work Experience

First things first. "Probation" is not "part-time employment." Some employers call on-call workers part-time, even if they work full-time hours. IRCC does not care what your employer calls it - they want to know the number of hours worked per week, and that is a required detail in the letter...

    CEC Skilled Worker

Can you explain what kind of "visa" your wife has? Does she have a work permit? What kind?

    CEC

There is no "continuous" requirement for CEC. (That one year continuous experience applies to FSW). No, there is no requirement that an individual job be at least 6 months.

I submitted the Proof of employment without T4

They cannot by law make it mandatory to give the T4, but if you want to make it easy for the VO to say yes, you should include it. I am not sure if 2 paystubs is sufficient supporting evidence. You can wait and see if they request more info, or you can use the webform to add the T4(s) to your...

    Pay stubs

Depends - are you paid an hourly wage, or are you on salary? If you are paid by the hour, then it is a good idea to include all paystubs (in one PDF), plus T4s. If you receive a salary (a fixed amount every month), then there is no need to include more than the the first three, last three...

Same Employer Before and After Studies

Yes, that would be misrepresentation, and it is unlikely that your employer would agree to lie to the Federal government about that. And, on the basis of other documents, it is possible that IRCC would find out. Honesty and explanation is your best option.

how long after submitting ITA under CEC and attached letter to expedite the application process? with attached letter

Sorry, still not sure what you are talking about. Applicants do not submit ITA (Invitation to Apply), they receive them.

how long after submitting ITA under CEC and attached letter to expedite the application process? with attached letter

I don't know what you mean by "ITA application" , I expect you mean that you received an ITA and are submitting the eAPR. There is no expediting the process. I don't know what kind of letter you want to attach, but it won't make any difference.

    Work hour calculation

Yes, part-time work does count, it is just prorated. First count up the number of full-time (FT) weeks completed. Then, for the part-time weeks, add up the hours and divide by 30 to get the full-time equivalence (FTE) in weeks. You cannot count more than 30 hours in a given week. Then add...

    NEED URGENT HELP PLEASE!!

If the loss of one month of work experience does not affect your eligibility or CRS score, then you can simply correct it in your application and write a brief letter of explanation about the error. If the change affects your eligibility or CRS score, that is a different matter.

    CEC - Part Time

Agree with scylla, what does that mean? - "informal employee" sounds like "off the books". If you were a self-employed contractor (sole proprietor, personal services contractor) then the experience does not count (and in any case you should have received a T4A).. If you were on a term-limited...

    Declined an Invitation

I can't understand what you were saying about your case, but CIC has consistently refused people who were not eligible at the time of the ITA.

Confusion about level of education in CEC final application

Yes, you need to go by what the ECA says for foreign education. I would suggest "two or more degrees/diplomas" as the appropriate category. If you change it and your score remains above the cut-off for your draw, you can proceed. Diplomas/degrees are asked for all post secondary education...

Canadian Experience Class (CEC): Application Taking Longer than Usual to Process

If it will take a long time for CSIS to assess your security risk based on cooperation from the authorities in the other countries you have lived in, then your application will take a long time.
