Hi, due to the current situation of COVID-19, my job has changed from full-time to part-time. I'd like to ask if part-time working is counted as a part of the Express Entry work time? Can it and my full-time work experience add up together as a whole? and how should i calculate it. Thank you!

When you reach 1560 of part-time work, that is equal to a year of full-time employment, however long it takes to reach that mark.
IRCC counts max 30 hours a week of work.
So if you work part time it depends how many hours you were working part time
i.e., if you work 20 hours a week then 1560/20= 78 weeks.

Yes, part-time work does count, it is just prorated.

First count up the number of full-time (FT) weeks completed.

Then, for the part-time weeks, add up the hours and divide by 30 to get the full-time equivalence (FTE) in weeks. You cannot count more than 30 hours in a given week.

Then add the FT weeks to the FTE weeks = when you have 52, you have completed one year.
