    for spousal sponsorship, family is defined as spouse and kids. so parents and siblings of the PA are not included as part of the family definition.

    CPP-O must be helping out CPC-M on spousal sponsorship cases, that's why many approvals and transfers are happening from CPP-Ottawa. Nothing special there.
