EE application / change language results after submission?

I've checked the previous rounds of invitations throughout 2018 and they all seem to have a minimum selected score of at least 440, mine is currently 437. Are those invitations different from ITA's? because otherwise it wouldn't make sense to apply, that would freeze my application forever .

EE application / change language results after submission?

Thank you for the quick reply. I'm a little bit worried about the "if my memory serves me well" part though, are there any recent applicants to confirm?

EE application / change language results after submission?

I'm using this tool to estimate my CRS score http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp According to the tool my score is currently estimated at 437, however my score could jump above 450 if I improve my language tests results. My questions: - Is the tool estimation precise...

Proof of fund - express entry

I've recently been presented with a side project opportunity that promises a decent amount of revenue (8k to 10k euros). I already have a full time day job as a software engineer, so this will be a non formal side project, and I'm concerned about the documentation I would later be required to...

Salarial and entrepreneurial activity under EE Skilled Worker PR

I'm working on my paperwork for EE with plans to start a one-employee (me) micro business as soon as I enter Canadian soil while at the same time work as a software developer to support myself financially. For context, I have a few software products, one of which cumulated +400k downloads, and...

Sealed/stamped back flap of university letter

I'm currently working on my ECA for my Express Entry application, and there's one requirement that remains ambiguous to me: that is the sealed university letter which has to be stamped on the "back flap". Could anyone please tell me if the enveloppe in the image below is sealed/stamped correctly?

Proof of employment - Express Entry

Thanks for taking my questions. 1. Nobody from the people I knew and worked with stayed in the company (it's been 5 years) and the new board stopped responding. However I do have a letter of job offer with job description + original contract + contract extension + pay statements + bank...

Proof of employment - Express Entry

I've been going through the completeness check page to build a thorough understanding of the entire EE paperwork process, things seem to be all clear except for proof of employment. My questions: I asked my previous US employer for a letter back in November 2017, they sent me a 2-liner letter...

    Mobilité Francophone

I just heard recently of Mobilité Francophone, which exempts french speaking candidates from a LMIA. A friend of mine is currently assisting me in obtaining a job offer within his company in Vancouver BC, the position falls under occupations level A. However we're both concerned about the...

    Brother Sponsorship

Thanks for the clarification. The policy still doesn't make much sense though. Whether the parents (and grand parents) are dead or just don't want to immigrate, doesn't change much from the fact that the sponsor remains alone in Canada, so the "lonely Canadian rule" as referred to earlier by...

    Brother Sponsorship

So following the same logic if a PR has only 2 brothers as family members both above age, none of them could be sponsored because the other one could be sponsored instead. But having only 2 cousins as family members, both above age, any of both could be sponsored... makes absolutely no sense I...

    Brother Sponsorship

Well it states : you do not have a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner, or one of the following living relatives you could sponsor instead. My brother cannot sponsor any of my parents, because they do not want to immigrate.

    Brother Sponsorship

Hi Scylla, thank you for the quick reply. Here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/relatives-apply-who.asp under Who you can sponsor/Option 2 – Other relative it states: Could you clarify what condition(s) makes me not eligible please?

    Brother Sponsorship

I'm 30 years old, and if relevant both my parents are alive but do not want to immigrate to Canada. My brother has been a PR in Quebec for about a year now, after almost exhausting his savings and receiving government financial help for only 2 or 3 months he finally started working a couple...
