Hi, I just recently finished my program and still waiting for my requirements from school to be able to apply for PGWP. How long is the PGWP processing now? Do I need to have submitted my PGWP application before I can work full time or I can start now that I'm done with studies?

In that case you don't have implied status. You need to extend the PGWP if you want to have implied status and be allowed to legally work after your PGWP expires (and before your PR is approved) - or apply for an OWP if you have AIP.

I would disclose it, also you wont be able to work until you get pgwp if i enter as visitor. If you applied for pgwp before your study permit expired you can work as soon as you applied.

Yes, as long as you do not leave Canada before you receive the BOWP - you lose implied status if you exit the country. As noted above, you must apply for the BOWP before the PGWP expires.
