guys my frnds study permit n current work permit also is expiring on jul 3rd, 2015, she applied for PGWP today online, can she still work until she gets under post gradaute work permit ? or does she has to wait once she gets her PGWP n then go back to work ?

Yes, your friend can still work in Canada as long as she applied before the expiration of her WP, under what is called implied status. This implied status lasts until CIC decides on her new WP application. However, if your friend travels outside Canada to another country except USA and other specific territories before she gets the PGWP, she will have forfeited her implied status: Meaning, she wont be allowed to work on her return.maria_786 said:
