Thanks for responses everyone. It looks like it's safer to submit medicals with the application, even though CIC will likely request another one. How long are the results valid? Is it 12 months or 15 months?

Hi, It seems that there are conflicting opinions on whether medicals should be done upfront for inland spousal sponsorship. Since they last one year, and the process takes longer, won't the CIC request a new medical check in any case? What is the benefit of doing upfront medicals in this case?
