Hi, I know you probably don't want to call again, but your best bet maybe to call IRCC and firmly insist the agent send a note to the officer(s) tied to your file. I'm hoping you get the red carpet treatment as a new citizenship and that you don't get any pushback.
The page says 2-5 business days, so I'm going to wait at least a week. I'll probably wait at least 2 weeks, to be honest. I found a few people asking the same kind of questions on reddit, and they eventually all got them, at least by 2 weeks later.

Maybe my clerk went out of office on vacation or something right after. Hopefully I'm Canadian, but it sure feels like I'm in limbo.

Technically, I think there is a "decision made" step we don't see on the tracker that exists in GCMS and previously eCAS that must be completed by the primary/secondary VO. However, I assume this is completed immediately following LPP, but I don't think we have a way to know outside of GCMS.
Yeah, I forgot about that. They really should include that field on the tracker so applicants can see.

Hey guys, i want to call the IRCC. Can someone please give me the best number to reach them. Also what options to select when i call. Also wanted to ask is there any negative consequences to reaching out to them, like delays in the application. I am just concerned about my background verification process as it is still pending. My AOR was December 9th. i want to make sure i haven't missed anything.

I assume the decision made is a step that requires a certain 'rank' or approved level of authority, which none or only some of the LPP-approvers have. Still high-enough volume that it usually happens quickly after LPP but not automatically. There may also be gradations of sign-off authority needed for some (non-routine) files or with certain characteristics.

I guess it depends from city to city but yeah it's a good news, which mean they are still working on oath schedule.

Hello, does someone know how long it takes to get the official oath letter via email after tracker has been updated to oath scheduled? The tracker was updated on the 27th and still waiting. Thanks!

They seem to send it closer to the date of the ceremony, not the date you saw the update on tracker. If less than a week to ceremony and you haven't received, call them.

All other cases: just wait. Many questions on this, all the same result: they send it later, no reason to worry - esp only five days after you saw the website update.

No e-certificate still today (4 business days since oath). Tracker not updated. I called IRCC. They had no record of my emails with the attached oath form, so nobody in Calgary has entered it in the system.

But he did confirm they received the form via the web form I sent, so I am so happy I did that. He said regardless of the email situation, someone should process it via the web form.

He said to call back Friday since that would be after the 5 business day timeframe and they might still be handling it the day after the 5 days. It's nice to be told to call back instead of "everything is fine - just wait".

I then passed the phone to my wife so she could check on her lack of LPP/oath on her application and we were told "everything is fine - just wait 9 months". We asked explicitly about the "it was 6 months; doesn't that apply to us instead of 9" and we were told explicitly "no now it's 9 even for you who applied when it was 6".

Well technically, it's now down to 8 months as of today and that's no April fools joke lmao They updated the processing time
I must say that this application process has not been easy for you on every turn but you've made it through sane. :)

I mean supposedly I'm Canadian right now, but it sure doesn't feel like it. It feels like I'm an American with a cut-up PR card.
