As a further update, my virtual oath was Wednesday (March 26), and I sent to oath form immediately after. I still don't have the e-certificate and the tracker has not changed.

To recap: I followed up with another email the next day, after realizing I never got the customary auto-reply, asking if they received it. I received an auto-reply to that email (with no attachment), so I emailed it again, printing the PDF to a new PDF, hoping if there was an issue with the file, a different file would help. After getting no auto-reply to that too, I sent it via the web form for "add documents to your application", since that will "timestamp" it that I sent it within the required 48 hours.

Hopefully someone will process it at some point, and hopefully I'm Canadian now, since I cut up my PR card.

did you call the center for an update? Do you know what office completed your LPP? usually the call center folks know
I have not called them yet. Looks like people who have called so far are all getting the same standard answer.
I am in the same situation waiting for Oath everything is completed
Yeah, no word yet. Since LPP it's almost 1.5 months
Ideally, we should start seeing some movement in the first or second week of April. Some applicants from the February LPP batch have recently received their oath invitations.
Hope so.

Hi!
My background verification was completed prior to test.
I took the test on Feb 15, tracker updated on Feb 17. But it's been radio silence since then. Getting a bit worried. Is this normal?
Have LPP pending.

My wife's application is complete except for the Oath ceremony. It has been more than 3 weeks since the last update. The AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) is from mid-November, and the office is in Vancouver. From what I see in the community, we aren't the only ones experiencing this. What's causing the delay? Do they wait to gather a large enough group for the ceremony?

Same here. My test cleared Feb 21 and I had 2 ghost updates since but nothing has been marked completed. I'm thinking the Prohibitions portion isn't complete yet for most of us. Physical Presence and language skills assessments tend to be simple enough for IRCC to clear.

Vancouver applicant from early November here. It's a similar status for me. LPP was completed on 6th March—nothing since.

I don't think this has to do with Vancouver once LPP is cleared, unless Vancouver is where you live. Once LPP is completed and a decision has been made, the local.office closest to where the applicant lives takes over and is responsible for scheduling the oceremony. And I strongly believe that the wait depends on where someone lives and how often they schedule oaths. Those locations with few oaths will have a longer wait than cities that have oaths regularly.
Once everything clears, you should sigh a big sigh of relief because you're through the difficult parts and technically your application has been approved. It's just a matter of time getting scheduled for oath.

Oh, OK. Then it's a local Vancouver issue. I'm not sure if Vancouver is known to be slow in setting up oath ceremonies. It's a decent size city with many immigrants, so you'd think they would have enough applicants to warrant a steady oath calendar.

My wife and I are on the same boat. Radio silence since Feb 21. I reached out to IRCC through the webform and they mentioned that the application is still in progress.
