I've just found out we can check for ceremonies there. Just go and choose location, it will list all ceremony days.
Looks like I should keep waiting .

Does that include virtual, because I don't see any scheduled.

And also, zero scheduled in Calgary through April 11. Wow.

I believe they include both, since they state "IRCC primarily holds citizenship ceremonies via video, and occasionally in-person. The list below is not a complete list of ceremonies. If you are a candidate for citizenship, you should refer to the official ceremony invitation letter (Notice to Appear) that we sent you."
Even in the virtual one they still need a room to make it, am I correct ?

I don't think this has to do with Vancouver once LPP is cleared, unless Vancouver is where you live. Once LPP is completed and a decision has been made, the local.office closest to where the applicant lives takes over and is responsible for scheduling the oceremony. And I strongly believe that the wait depends on where someone lives and how often they schedule oaths. Those locations with few oaths will have a longer wait than cities that have oaths regularly.
Once everything clears,you should sigh a big sigh of relief because you're through the difficult parts and technically your application has been approved. It's just a matter of time getting scheduled for oath.

I can confirm it. I called IRCC today. According to the agent, Vancouver handled my application, but Mississauga will handle the oath.

It seems like they're doing a lot more in-person these days, but all the ones on that page say Open to the Public: Yes, and the virtual ones certainly are not.

Also, the clerk and judge were in their own separate offices, not in a reserved room.

I've looked at this before, it's not a bad resource. But it really is only showing the public ceremonies coming in the next few weeks - whereas I've a family member scheduled for one in 3 1/2 weeks (in person). So they know the schedule further out, they're just not publishing the full list.

However: for busy offices at least it's a pretty good indicator of which days of the week/how often they have the in-person ceremonies. (Eg if you want to know if they typically do them on wednesdays, you'd be able to figure it out). A warning, I'm not sure if the times are as consistent.

this is true, example (based on trends) folks in Ottawa wait longer for oath as compared to GTA.

Yeah but that's just in person it seems. Wish they would include virtual ones as well.

Thank you for confirming! There was confusion and I don't want people to me misinformed.
So once LPP is cleared, it is the local office causing the delays with scheduling and not any of the processing locations like Vancouver or Sydney.

Its always been in person from as long as I can remember. I never saw virtual, one of the reasons why I didn't point people to the info. It also doesn't seem complete....

Technically, I think there is a "decision made" step we don't see on the tracker that exists in GCMS and previously eCAS that must be completed by the primary/secondary VO. However, I assume this is completed immediately following LPP, but I don't think we have a way to know outside of GCMS.

Hi, I know you probably don't want to call again, but your best bet maybe to call IRCC and firmly insist the agent send a note to the officer(s) tied to your file. I'm hoping you get the red carpet treatment as a new citizenship and that you don't get any pushback.
