Hello Guys,
Hope you all are safe.
I recently applied for a visitor Visa with my family (father & mother) to Canada since I have a sister who lives in Canada & we haven't visited her in 4 years. My father was the primary applicant. We showed adequate funds in his bank account, I submitted all the necessary proofs from my current place of work proving that I am a permanent employee. My parents have got an approval on their respective visas & have proceeded to the next step..
However, I was denied entry cause of the below mentioned reasons.
----
1) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. (We had stated that we are visiting my sister there)
2) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. (We had shown more than sufficient funds in my Father's account since we had mentioned that he is the one sponsoring the trip)
3) I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. (Only my sister & her husband live in Canada & rest of us live in India. However, I don't understand this reason)
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
----
Please help me since we had already proceeded with our bookings and not sure why was my visa denied. I have a permanent job & a life back in the home country that I don't want to leave. We are merely going to visit my sister & travel. I had submitted my salary slips, letter of leave allowance, offer letter from my current company as well to back me up.
I am not sure how can I go about this & I really want to visit my sister. Kindly help me so that I can re-apply with a stronger case in hand.
Thanking you in advance!
Hope you all are safe.
