What was your purpose of travel in the application?
Do you have home ties - job, property etc?
What is your current status in your country of residence - citizen or something else?

That last rejection reason is very concerning - the visa officer believed you were lying, either by omission or commission.

The last option answers it all. The Visa Officer is doubtful about all the information you provided.

What was your purpose of travel in the application? To see my cousins in Canada, during my annual Vacation
Do you have home ties - job, property etc?
What is your current status in your country of residence - citizen or something else?
I work in Saudi Arabia for a private company as Food technologist; Visa status is residence Permit

SInce you do not have enough ties to the country you are living in, visa officer was not satisfied that you'll leave Canada after your stay. Also, due to the immigration status and lack of home ties, your "purpose of visit" wasn't strong either,as just visiting cousin can be seen as you overstaying as, again, you do not have reasons to return.

A house/property documents, a job letter stating your approved vacation and saying you'll resume work after that, kids you are leaving behind - are some home ties that they look for.

Nothing, as such, can guarantee a visa, you just have to make your file as strong as possible.

How to identify that one.
He reverted just the letter only

  • • I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions asked of you

Did you apply through an agent? Did the agent give you the full letter from the visa officer rejecting your visa application?

This sentence normally ends with ", specifically, I do not believe..." and then examples of what the visa officer did not believe was truthful.

If you applied through an agent, and the agent falsified documents to try to get you a visa, you could be in trouble.

While reapplying I have decided to submit
My reentry Visa
Employment Letter from my company
and Ticket Booking for travel.

I hope this might fulfill the requirements

To be honest, it's my cousin who is residing in Canada submitted the file on behalf of me; i just gave all the required documents only and also the Biometric submission. He has already filed and succeeded so many other applications for our family members like my Aunt,Uncle ,even my wife too

Okay, so you need to ask your cousin what the visa officer thought was untruthful.

Because I'm not sure if the rejection you posted above is the complete rejection, it's impossible to say if you've been banned for misrepresentation.

Is your cousin some sort of immigration agent? Or is he just helping his family?

Are you planning to move to Canada for good? Have you been told it's easy to get a work permit?
