@Temidayo_ In your case are you adding your child to your application ? if yes, when did they add the baby to your online application, please provide a date if possible.

Yeah I added child on the 16th of December and was included in my file on the 20th December. I got an email that ‘we have made changes to your application’. I logged in and saw he has been added.

Thank you for the feedback @Temidayo_ are you under FSW category or PNP? in our case we're under FSW, our baby has been added to our application on Nov 18th and our medicals were passed, since then we didn't here anything back from IRCC, still waiting for Passport request. Can we do anything in this case?

I’m FSW. I don’t think you can.
Is your visa office Ottawa? Mine is and there has been movement so far.
I think yo I just have to wait it out. Someone in my
Group that got ppr passed remeds November 17 and he just got ppr yesterday. Soon come

What is your aor, my group is November aor group then I also joined Ottawa vo group. There might be one for London vo group

Hi @legalfalcon, We added our baby and now he's listed on our application since November 18th, moreover we passed the upfront medical exam but since that we didn't here anything back from IRCC. How long does it take before we receive passport request for visas stamp?

Currently, most applications are facing delays. If you see your child's name and UCI number, then your child has been added. For minors no criminality and security checks are done, so all that will be seen is that the child is related to you and that they are admissible based on medicals.

If this has been done and you have passed all other stages, you just have to wait.

I received portal email last week and submitted photos and info over the weekend. I have some pressing matters back home and may need to go outside canada anytime. If I go before receiving ECOPR, what will be the impact on my PR specifically the virtual landing?

There will be no impact. However, as per law you have to be physically in Canada when you receive a COPR.

If you have not received the COPR, you should inform IRCC if you are leaving Canada.

Also, if you receive a COPR when you are outside Canada, you will have to obtain a PRTD to return to Canada or ask for your PR card to be shipped.

PR cards can take 1-3 months after the COPR is issued.

Please @legalfalcon does vaccination status affect passport request? W number of people who did remeds with me have gotten ready for visa mail but I’m still waiting. I was not fully vaccinated when I went for remeds but I’m now.

IRCC has nothing to do with vaccination. However, when you go for the medicals, the panel physician does ask for the vaccination status.

Apart from that, vaccination status has no role to play in the processing.

@legalfalcon, eagerly waiting your reply. AOR April 2020 FSW Outland. File didnt touch since August 2020. Last GCMS in notes 1 shows due date is pushed for 30 days. What should i expect on my file since it already crossed one month?

The due dates are mostly insignificant. Most of them a system generated. Files keep pending way past the due date and in some cases get processed well before that.

Hi @legalfalcon ,

I applied back in March 2020 and I finally received Ready for Visa email today.

I have few complications.

1. I applied from USA. But I'm currently in India and plan to be here for 2 more months.
2. I am getting married next month.

My plan was to send a web form to process my CoPR in India since I'll be here for the next 60days. But since I am also getting married next month, does it complicate things? Is there any better way to handle this? I am afraid the web form response itself is going to take a month and by then 30 days will pass.

Please advise.
